Hello! I'm Alfina and welcome to my recip[e]- book. You have most likely come here from my social media channels to see the full recipes of my video. I like to keep my videos quick and fun which is why I made this website for those who want to fully engage with the dishes I cook because let's face it, how many cooking videos have you saved and how many have you cooked LMAO!

Cooking is my hobby and I was taught by my mum. Since I am Indonesian, my style of cooking has quite the spicy oriental signature to it but as well as yourself, I still want to learn more cuisines and dishes from around the world. 

Have fun with any recipes you take on. Find your own style of cooking and signature flavors by experimenting and making lots of mistakes. Gordon Ramsay is not gonna call you out for cooking in your kitchen. Burn things, make them too salty, sweet, or bitter. You will become better and better.
