A pasta dish you won't forget

OMG. I converted my pasta-hating boyfriend into one dinner sitting. We just ate it straight from the pan. Dill is the key ingredient in this recipe. Fresh dill at that. I used cheap cuts of steak but I think this will go well with any meat or without. It's super simple to prep, quick, and easy to cook. A must-try for dinner this week, or if you plan to have a romantic night in! Welcome to the steak and dill creamy pasta recipe...
ingredients
Serves 2
Your choice of pasta (I used linguine)
6 cherry tomatoes cut in half
1 cup of cream
handful of fresh dill
1/2 shallot
3 garlic cloves
1tsp salt
1tsp garlic powder
1/2tsp paprika
1tbsp butter
Parmigiano Reggiano (or any other cheese)

method
Cook your pasta in salt and oiled water.
Whilst your pasta is cooking. Prep your ingredients by slicing your tomatoes and shallots and crushing your garlic. In a separate bowl add your finely chopped dill, garlic powder, salt, and paprika then, whisk in the cream until everything is combined.
In a hot pan with oil, fry your steak to your liking. Add the butter. Take the steak out of the pan to rest and fry the garlic, shallots, and tomatoes. Slowly add the cream mix and let it simmer. Add your cooked pasta and fold into the cream mix. Add salt to taste.
Add cheese to the mix if you wish and crushed chili flakes for a bit of spice.
Take off the heat and serve with the steak on top. Garnish with more fresh dill and cheese. Enjoy
