Gyoza's. That's all.
A perfect little mouthful of juiciness. A great activity for yourself and with others. Perfect for literally anything. Make them in bulk and freeze some for a rainy day. There is nothing to fault here.
This pork gyoza recipe is quick because it uses a food processor and pre-made, store brought wrappers. I cooked this in chili oil for a different hit of flavor but its great just plain. The filling is pork but you can use other alternatives. It's a very flexible recipe and i love that the most! So let's get going, remember to check out the video below to get extra help if this is your first time! Otherwise, contact me :)

method
Making
In a food processor or blender mix up the carrots, cabbage, shallots and garlic until it is finely chopped. Add the mince meat and all of the sauces and seasonings and mix it up again thoroughly.
Put the meat mixture in a bowl and get a little bowl of water for glue for the wrappers.
Make sure your wrappers are fully defrosted before use.
Place one wrapper on the palm of your hands and put about 1tsp of meat mixture in the center.
Wet all around the edges of the wrapper with water. Fold and pinch at the top and seal pleats on the left and right side. If this is tricky, sealing the wrappers in half as is is fine as long as the meat is secured tightly in the wrapper.
repeat until finished.
Cooking
In a hot oiled pan, place the gyozas apart from each other. Be careful not to overfill the pan.
Once the bottom surface is golden brown and crisping up, add about 1-2 cm of water and cover the pan for 5 minutes on medium high heat.
Take of the cover and serve as it is or...
add soy sauce, spring onions and chilli oil and let it cook in the sauce for another couple minuets.
Serve and enjoy.
